How much is a 2004 S4 worth?

I am looking at purchasing a:
2004 S4
Nogaro Blue
Black/Blue Alcantara Interior
20200 miles
Manual transmission
Premium Audio Package(Bose and XM)
Bright Aluminum belt line trim
Not a scratch or chip anywhere
35% tint all around
Any idea how much it would be worth? How much should I be paying? Thanks!

CPO'd? Where is the car? The former owner may have been a member. That car looks like Fluffhead's
and he had high speed vibration problem. (edit) looking at the grills...I'd say it's not Fluff's.

I did a search on Autotrader and there's several '04 models under $35K...
the lowest one being $33K w/ MT. But that was a private seller, yet only had 4K mi. on it.
