Lidatek LE30 really working
I was on the way to Toronto, Canada last Friday. I got laser beamed twice while I was travelling on I-90 West with 85MPH on the fastest lane. Of course, I didn't get the tickets because the LE30 really working...
Also, don't do the radar thing if you travelled to Canada. My V1 get busted and the Can police took it and issue me a CAD110 ticket... da_n!

Only $110.00 ticket?! Your are one lucky Dude. It must have been in Ontario with the OPP....
As a US citizen (I assume) you could perhaps claim that you did not know. Maybe they would return it, but I would not hold my breath. My understanding is that the units are sent to be destroyed. I also heard the finds are usually a lot bigger.

Markem, that's local and not provincial, maybe if you call them, you may have a chance...
I know the unit is expensive, so do they and that's why they take it away to get them destroyed, it makes you think. I've heard of fines of $500.00 plus the unit! Maybe it depends on the area you are caught. How did they spot you? That's why we want good hidden units in Canada.

I am parked at Highway 7 and waiting for my cousin at 11pm.
You know, you don't see many cops around in Canada like we do in States. Then, the guy pull over and ask me what's going on... Then he heard the sound of my V1... after that he just asked me to hand it over...

**** that sucks been screwed like that. Sorry to hear. You would not believe the install I had...
In my last car with a radar detector. Until something really good in an hidden unit comes out, I'm not buying. I basically stay at or around 120 kms/hr on the highways and go to the track to have fun.
