heh, I guess the observations of past predetermines the future?.. f--- that shi. ca'mon. What is Audis' slogan!! The dealerships are here because of us, and if they are out of line with the vehicle diagnosis and client PREVENTION, modified or not then I feel that NEEDS to be addressed with the correct G.M. or your preference of corrective alignment. I have and will always take this action and support for us that bleed the back fire of turbo shift between our ears all the time and care for the pause of notice when the silhouette announces itself unexpectedly. It is client PROTECTION! The Audi is a machine of race bred quattro and the rings of superior podium lock down. Stand up for what you felt when you first test drove and got behind the wheel of the car..... damitman..... If "your" dealer is that far behind the times and the service dept. is only there to follow then I am sorey. SHOW them your taste of the brand! and soon to follow with emphasis will be savvy employees realizing that satisfying the loyal thoroughbred shall put the next best machine on their lots instead of the dealer one city over..... I say this with experience, I was hired as the ONLY tech and the simple spirit, confidence of passion and drive produced 6 techs, 10 bays and alignment equip.... K04 upgrades to track alignments. ..... don't give up, ....sometimes you have to slow down to go fast.
