A few months ago the alternator light was coming on... An Audi tech was supposed to come to my dealer to look at it after complaing about it for a month and the day before he was supposed to look at it the engine blew up.. (Posted some pics before with a hole in engine.). Well drove it according to the audi manual for the first 1000 miles to break it in and now I am starting to get the alternator light flashing again. It only comes on for a second at a time and happens rarely. Last time it was infrequent and then the frequency increased until the engine blew.

The car is going to the dealership next thursday to be looked at. Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?

The car is less then a year old.. hopefully they can fix it this time...
