Default Ok been STFA but still can't figure out what's the widest tire I can put on stock rim? TIA

I'm going to order some track tires (most likely the Dunlop R) and wanted to see what my options were. Most of the archive talk is about 19's or using a wider rim...thanks.

Default I have 245/40/18 on my Avus wheels. I have noticed

that it rubbed 1 time with 4 passengers on a sharp uphill negatively banked corner @ 45mph.

Thx, I rarely have a full load in my car, do u think it would be a problem for track days?

Default I don't believe that it will be a problem with only a driver,as long as

the car isn't lowered, but I have never taken my car to the track.

Default Will probably stay stock size as this pic shows I prolly would've rubbed @ Laguna...

It looks like my suspension is pretty compressed so I'm wondering if I would've rubbed at this point?
