The only thing IMO that $ucks on the B6 S...
those dam !#$%#@$^ ugly chrome side mirrors! Ahhh! I cant stand them, it looks soooo bad. Is there a body color option for them? If not Id spend the $ and get them painted.
I say this as I finally saw one today on the road driving, looks SWEET except for the mirrors...
Well weight is another thing, but that goes without saying, NE thing over 3k is too much IMO.

Seriously, a 2 can paint kit (1 color 1 clear) and less than an hour you could paint them to look as good as a factory paint job.
I had to replace the outer housing on my A4. There si more than enough paint to do two mirrors and the clear coat is so forgiving.
