Default Pad recommendation for ECS disks?

I think I've seen a few recommendations for the Hawk pads but which ones? The ceramics?

Does anyone also do occasional track days with these or do you swap them out? If so what for?

Default HP+ is good, but

I didn't like them in the wet and cold. Even with correctly bed pads, they are lousy when it is wet and cold. If you don't live a in abad winter climate, they are perfect.

I ran them year around including a few track days.

Default For the track I would get XP8's from Carbotech....

Carbotech makes some great track pads. The problem with the hawks and the carbotech bobcats among others is they will not withstand the abuse that tracking puts on the pads. So my suggestion is one of the Carbotech XP series pads for the track and then maybe hawks/bobcats for every day.
