Question, how do you know if the PS fluid TSB applies to you?

When I start the car in the morning, sometimes it grunts and other times it doesn't. Checked the PS fluid, an it's right at the max line. What exactly does the PS squeal sound like or should I ask if it's a consistent whine?

You'll hear and feel it when your turn the wheel in the parking lot.

Doesn't sound or feel very good. You'll know when something's wrong.
