Default Mine took a week to diagnose, now the wait for new transmission begins, none in the US so they have

to order from the mothership and AoA told me that is at least a 2 week process, so I expect to be in a loaner for 3-4 weeks, so its going to be close to 30 days.

Default I Think AvarmD is right....

If you got a good service department let them do the work regardless. It costs audi 17K+ to do the repairs. It might be a pain in the *** but a good service department will be as good as getting a factory fresh unit, maybe better. Just my 2 cents but when AvarmD was talking about how he just wanted them to fix it and has faith in them etc... he is right. It sucks but he is right about letting them repair it.

Default Re: Trouble in reverse...But my troubles just went away!

I had the same problems, but i eventually got it in reverse. Ifeel as if the more miles i had put on it the better it went in. Now ive got 3k miles and everything seems fine, but im still a bit paranoid. Keep us posted, and good luck!
