True that If B6 S4 gets NAV+, it will not fit in B5?

well, they were the first to sell the package installed commercially and if you don't want to have
to do all the work yourself, it's a good deal. Noone else sells the complete working kit to my knowledge.

Yes I know this steve , but I have 2 issues with that solution...
1) I no longer live in NJ. I live in NC, so an install by Zev's shop is pretty close to out of the question.
2) I would like the nav+ to be dvd based like the current benchmark for other luxury cars is.
p.s. I think (my memory is not so good, don't ask. I'm seeing a neurologist about it) that I had found out that if you remove the nav cd from Zev's unit, you can play music cds in dash. BUT I don't remember clear enough.. was it a dream?
