Don't know how close it is to the S4, but the stock B6 1.8TQ exhaust weighs ~75 lbs.

I think the S4 would be heavier with the cast "flapper" system on the rear mufflers

That's probably true. Add to that the extra piping. So, 90 lbs or so?
