They look like a reseller for AWE's stuff... probably a giac flash...

True, but they specify 25hp gain from the chip.... Isn't the GIAC chip only 18?

The chip is from EVOTech which is a German performance tuner.....

If you go to their German website, the S4 chip is quoted as 20hp and 25 ftlbs. Maybe it dynoed a little better at DynoComp so that's the plot they put on their website. Anyone ever heard of EVOTech?
