Default '09 A5 scissor wheels on '13 S4

I'm considering the purchase of used 19" "scissor" style wheels from an '09 A5 S Line that have a 32mm offset to use on my '13 S4 that came with the 19" "peeler" wheels that have a 43mm offset. Will they fit OK? I realize they'll be pushed out a bit by the difference. Any other problems I should be aware of?
Thanks.

Is the 09 A5 is a B8 or a B7? If it is a B7, it will have the wrong centerbore. If it is a B8 and does have the 66.6mm centerbore, It will probably fit.
