Here in Charlotte Audicare is $795 (coverage to 45k miles) and Audicare Plus is $1050 (up to 75k miles).

Since the Audi of Charlotte dealership is pretty far from me (I'm in Fort Mill, SC,) the next option for me is possibly taking it to the VW dealership for servicing. Anyone take a look at what VW charges for Q7 servicing (since the Q7 is similar to the Toureg) and do the math?

So the AudicarePlus (up to 75k miles), available, once 40k miles are accumulated, the $1150 is cost (S4) on top of the AudiCare. Also all service for AudiCarePlus is to be completed within 7 years of original vehicle service date (more useful for higher mileage cars). This adds 2 more years of service to the 5 years of AudiCare.

So, which is it? Is the Audicare Plus actually $2k (850 + 1150), or is it just $1150... big difference, I think.

Just learned this past week that Audicare Plus is really $2k. $850+$1150. You cannot purchase the $1150 Audicare Plus until you're closer to the upper mileage limit of the $850 tier. According to Audi of Charlotte this is how Audi controls the increasing costs of service by re-pricing periodically.
