Chevron 93 octane is the only gas I use.

I typically use shell, BP, and sunoco, those are all close to where I live and my drive to work. As long as you stay away from gas you usually find at a 7-eleven, Wawa, random little food store, or some famr guy with gas pumps you should be ok.

76, although I think its changed slightly a few years ago, Shell, and Chevron. Mobile and Arco and other budget brands are typically noticably different.

When I raced Ducati's, the rule was 76 or shell. Other gases like mobile and arco would causes the bike to stall at idle, idle rough, or stall from a stop after giving it some gas to moce forward in gear and a quick blip of the throttle from idle would stall it. Chevron was full of detergents so we didnt use that but I dont know if its really bad for a car.

We stuck with 76 and Shell. I notice a difference in 91octane mobile and arco.

Yes, because BP's nefarious plan was to trigger an oil spill that caused it to lose $30 billion. Whether or not they care about the environment (and none of these oil cos do), they do care about the money, and they absolutely want to stop it ASAP.

I am a Chevron or 76 guy.

After shelling out 55k for a car I am not going to fill it with the cheap gas like arco. I wouldn't do that to my car.

I've got no dog in this fight, but according to this and others the BP branded stations don't carry BP gas because BP does not sell retail gas. I've read that the branded gas you buy comes from the same refineries and pipelines and it's only the last minute addition of additives in the truck makes it Shell or other gas...
