Default Taking my first road trip this weekend.

I'm headed to the Hill Country for some food and festivities. It will be good to get out and stretch the S4's legs a bit now that it's all broken in.

I suggest you set your speed warning indicator before you leave. These things will get away from you in a heartbeat. I was coming back from a business meeting a few weeks ago with an colleague and had to "hurry" to get on the expressway in front of two semis. By the time we merged into light traffic I asked my friend, "Mike, how fast do you think we are going?" He said, "70 or 75?" I said, "How about 105." I set my speed warning indicator to 80 as soon as we got back to the office. These things are sneaky fast on the road. I hope you get great weather and have a wonderful road trip. Enjoy your new Audi!

Did my first road trip last week. Drove from CT to Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY. Front end of car was a bug graveyard! Got about 300+ miles out of tank mainly driving in comfort mode on highway. Thought I could get more but better than my normal average. Most comfortable and enjoyable car I have ever taken on a road trip!
