Used 2015 s4 questions
I can't decide between a 2015 and 2017 used Audi S4. So I hope someone can help break it down for me on which one makes more sense for me.
Here are a few things to consider:
- I do not care about the virtual cockpit. I just test drove a Q3 and Q5 and did not like either of them. A new A4 I test drove I hated the virtual cockpit.
- I Want at least heated seats; prem sound system.
- Prem exhaust isn't required but is okay if it has it.
- Blackout option, Sport option, ect isn't required,
- Car should have navigation but not via virtual cockpit.
What year, trim level should I be looking at to get the above without virtual cockpit?

I agree with DrGP. I had a '15 S4 and it was absolutely fantastic..DSG was buttery smooth and honestly I like the older design better. If you dont care for B9 design and updated interior, then may be look at low miles '15 or '16s

Hi,
S4 B8.5 (manual) owner here.
This machine is fantastic!!! And of course you benefit from having many prior builds. I don't even have the sport suspension (I was pleased enough to find a 6-speed in the US. --Double true since Audi is (again) discontinuing manuals in the US. Dumb luck.) It's the perfect combo of city agility and wonderful road trips (read: passing a string of cars). I'm coming off of a Jetta Wolfie (manual), which was an absolute blast. I looked into the latest s3/4's and rs3/4's but didn't really see the need to "upgrade" since I really don't care about electronic goo. Finally, the 2015 S4 is an upgrade specialists holy grail. Suspicion from the start was that Audi "programmed down" this for the US and to not compete with the RS4.
Bottom line: you won't be sorry, IMHO!
