Default &^#$%$$^ misfire resolved..... FINALLY!

After playing "follow the coilpack and spark plugs around the cylinders" for two days... the final solution was this:

The misfires I had (severe bucking and stumbling at WOT) were completely due to PLUGS - not a bad coilpack as was previously thought!!!

I bought a coilpack at the same time time due to the consistant nature of the cylinder/coilpack involved. Things got complicated when I DIDN'T PROPERLY SEAT THE RUBBER THINGY BETWEEN THE COIL AND THE PLUG!!!

Lessons learned: MAKE SURE TO SEAT THE RUBBER THINGY ON THE COILPACK SIDE!!!

The good news is - at least I have a spare coilpack now!<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/2329275.phtml">original post</a></li></ul>
