So i have 2 used h&r struts. One is alot newer than the other one. The new one if i push it against the ground i can push it in pretty easy. The older one alot harder to push in, and barely goes in at all. What the deal here? Also, the older one isnt leaking a drop, so its not blown or anything like that. Atleast i hope.

The one that's easy to push in is probably no good. Both shocks should push back similarly.

I've been replacing H&R's as of late and the ones that i could push in were the blown ones. The brand new ones as well as a 'good' used one i couldnt push. (Moved half an inch before the rod dug into my hand)
