Is 9 psi on stock programming with full exhaust normal?
The AWE vent gauge I installed this weekend reveals that I'm only hitting 9 psi at WOT. My research tells me I should expect 10-11. I have good vacuum at 20 in/Hg at idle though, so I would think a boost leak would skew that also.
I'm running stock programming on K04s and full exhaust right now, waiting to go 3- next week hopefully. I'd obviously like to have this sorted out before the MBC goes in.
Could that be normal for this setup? My next step is to find someone with a pressure tester. Thanks.

9psi sounds OK to me. Couple of things to consider....(m)
Stock ECU pulls back boost in cooler weather.
Boost gauge may be a little bit off. If it doesn't sit at exactly 0 when the car is off, you can expect the error to be carried through when running. Mine sits a little below 0 when car is off. My peak boost (when stock) was between 7.5 and 10psi during winter and summer respectively.
Use a VAG and compare req vs. actual boost to confirm your suspicions. Pressure testing is another way to go about it too.
