Default A4/S4 Sedan owners: Has anyone managed to get 8.5X17 tire/rim in the spare area?
is this modifiable, if I wanted to get my SSR Comp 8.5X17 in there?

Any thoughts?
BTW, the tires are 235/45/17

not in 17 but in 18(bbs rx2's 235/45/18)

yes, i was going to say i know 18x8.5 fits..why not 17x8.5?

Default I haven't tried....(car in shop) but another SSR Comp owner said it wouldn't fit.

I just put my 18x8 PES w/ 225/40 in w/ no problems. I know that's not the same tho'.
