Default Aftermarket BPV reduce turbo lag

Hello,

I have a completely stock 01 S4 and don't intend to go down the path of mod'ing the vehicle, i like it just the way it is, but noting all the problems that people seem to have with the stock BPV's and seeking a permanent fix i found a link for Stratosphere's Hyperboost HX valves.

Does anyone here use them or know anyone who does? I just wonder if they make a noticable difference over stock regarding throttle response/turbo lag? Mostly the question boils down to ... are they worth almost $300?

Thanks,<ul><li><a href="http://www.stratmosphere.com/hyperboost.htm">Hyperboost HX, BPV</a></li></ul>

Default NO. You can get 710N's for less.

I'm running peak boost of 24# and I run em. Search for 710N. You can get them at an audi dealer (they usually stock them) for around $30 each, or online for a bit less.

And those are a permanent solution to the problematic stock BPV's?

PS-I love those rims, and i was thinking something similar with my black audi, i thought the two toned rim with black inner's would look nice but haven't found any i really liked. Where can i get some like that?

Thanks,
