See "search" at bottom, enter "chip survey." As for my own experience...
I've had no reliability problems with two APR chips -- on my old A4 & current S4 -- total of 12K miles. Also enjoy being able to switch to stock mode when going into dealer or leaving with valet, which is an option that only APR offers. Other brands may generate more torque, tho. I always go for professional installation, especially with APR cuz it requires soldering.
