Any other suggestions as to why my wheel is making a squealing/squeaking noise? stops when I brake

I've tried everything and my brakes still squeal like a garbage truck. [stuff I've tried]
1. CRC Stuff from Pepboys - 0% effective
2. Wurth Copper Based Anti-Squeal - 0% effective
3. 100mph - 20mph bedding - Actually worked for a day but comes back
4. Had my rear pads removed, ground down, applied Wurth, sanded rotors and I think the squeal stopped in the rears.
I have to do this to the fronts and see what happens.

well .. it could also be related to the compound of the pads ..aggressive ones will squeal
because of the pad material , not the backplate rubbing on the caliper..there is a difference there.

Remsa fronts / Mintex rears
I really didn't want Mintex but my installer "swore" that they wouldn't squeal after he was done with them and he gave them to me for free.
I can't really tell if the rears squeal b/c the fronts squeal so loud.
