Default I've got a 1" shorted toy guy shifter, the thing is fantastic... can't compare to the Strat one...

Never had one.

The throws are very short and crisp, though. I like it quite a bit.

Did you use spacers for that install or no?

Nope. Mechanically its a stock shifter, so I just put it back like the stock one.

Default if you got UUC... just keep it and

set it at 20% ... and chop it an inch.
Feels quite nice.

Default well i can compare the 1" shortend toy guy to stock and say that it rocks!

its smooth like stock but the throw is alot more practical IMO and to me feels a bit less rubery plus you dont have to be on clutch as long between shifts

Default True (I've got one too), but (more)

the fulcrum point has changed (relocation of the lever attachment hole), so theoretically spacers might help. Mine shifts smooth as silk, but I was wondering if it might get even better with spacers.
