Anyone else's fog (front and rear) come on when you start up the car, randomly?

Anyone else's fog (front and rear) come on when you start up the car, randomly?
This started happening after I did the independent fog mod, but I did a pretty clean solder job. This happen to anyone else?

Only after I had the fog light mod done..
About 6 weeks ago I had the mod done so I could turn the fog lights on and off without having to have the headlights on. About a week later I found that when I first started the car both front and rear fogs were on. No every time though. And it only happened during wet weather and only over three or four days. It hasn't happened since then. I can't figure it out.

Did you solder inside or outside the relay? My first attempt was inside the box.....................
and the fogs would randomly turn on with the ignition. I figured that I over heated the circuit board inside. I bought a new relay, and soldered outside, and it has not happened since.
