Default anyone know how to get the non tamper screws out that hold the ignition switch in?

i tried some visegrips and tried a dermel but it cuting into other things too.....drill is too big to drill it out cause i cant get it level. Im trying to find a right angle drill or adaptor, but does anyone have any suggestions. both bolts are in tight spots with wires around them. I dont need the old ignition assembly, i just need the bracket that it bolt to, to be intact.

Default very sharp chisel, and a hammer...

they are not very tight. One good hit usually will loosen it enough to spin it out by hand.
