Anyone using Motul Gear300 in their gearbox? Opinions?

When the car is cold, you can hear a little gear whine. However, when the car warms up,
the gear whine goes away. It usually goes away in about a minute or so. It should be noted that this usually occurs in the mornings when the car has been sitting in the garage overnight and the outside temperature is approximately below 60F.
As for shifting, it's so minutely notchy when cold for about a minute, but very smooth after that.
Since Motul is trusted amongst top professional race teams worldwide including Honda-Mugen and Prodrive, I feel very confident using their engine and drivetrain lubricants.
