I am still the proud owner of my 2001.5 S4 (economic conditions having recently forced me to part with my 06 RS4). Thank God I kept refusing offers for the S!

Any way, I seem to have lost my account here and reset myself in AudiWorld - so, I'm not quite the noob indicated by my post count.

So here's my dilema. The S4 is running great after doing a ton of work to get her road worthy again, but a small problem remains. The cabin fan is chirping and I need to get at it to lube or replace.

Does anyone here have the experience of accessing or removing the fan?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
