and then when i call him, he is occupied with customers.

Default Why don't you call the customer for a change. All I ever read is, "Call me"
Don't you think it would be more effective if you called the customer when you were free instead of the customer calling and having to leave a message because you are busy talking to another customer, etc?

For the record, it was ME who called him yesterday in the first place. And because I know exactly what he was asking about and that was an email that I sent him.
