Default Can you run an Audi wheel that has an ET of 48 on the S4?

I am looking at wheels that has measurements of 17x8" with an offset of 48mm, 5x112 bolt pattern, and a 73.1mm hub bore. I am still trying to figure out what the ET means and how large/small you can go on the S4.

the spoke design is as critical, if not more, than offset.
