Car's out of warranty, should I take the chip out if I want an oil change from the dealer?

Where do you live? How many miles? Remember in CA turbos covered until 7yr/70k miles...
so if you're in CA don't let the dealer know you've done engine mods if you want coverage. Either way, (1) don't get your oil changed at the dealer (they always over fill and screw things up) and (2) I'd still take the chip out for any dealer service because I find that the dealers are lazy and always will blame any engine code on the chip (i.e. they won't put the effort into finding the REAL problem).
