Default Considering APR chip... any reason not to?

Looking for a smooth chip that works well with 91 Octane. I like the stock mode on APR and that's why I am leaning towards that...

Any reason why I should look elsewhere? Max Power is NOT important to me, reliability and smoothness are highest priority!

Thnx

I have APR and love it but it certainly won't help reliability

mtm is less boost, and i would say prob the most reliable, as it isnt stressing parts as bad

Default I've got a APR 93 octane and it works just fine

Also have 100oct and valet modes on it, but never used the 100. No problems with daily driving.

I am looking to get rid of it actually soon, since I'm upgrading to stg 3, so if youre interested, ill trade you for your stock +some cash

Default get a REVO trial flash and have them show you what the SPS3 can do....

it's a little more cumbersome to use than the APR flipswitch, but I like REVO's new B5 S4 software MUCH better than APR. They tweaked a lot of the little things that other tuners dont ever seem to, like the in between shift throttle lift amount, it makes upshifts smooth as butter no matter what, and even moreso when you have the a/c on. You know that horrible shift where you lift completely off and move the clutch too quickly (assuimg youre a 6 speed car) and the whole driveline goes CLUNK cuz the throttle isn't open at all AND the a/c is on? Yeah, that won't happen with Revo. They're really smooth now, fine tune-able, and overall exactly what I wanted, my goals were the same as yours. Try it.

So MTM smoother than others (ie. APR)?
