This is hard to believe. 1st gear and 2nd gear were changed along with the Synchros 2500 miles ago. Now second gear grinds when enagaged quickly. I'm a little dissapointed with this car.
The first time it was replaced was when it was driven to the paint shop to get the clearcoat peel on the bumper fixed. The car was fine when the service manager drove it to the paint shop. It had problems upon leaving the paint shop. I received a phone call from the dealer telling me they are pulling my transmission. Nice, right.
Now it is beginning to happen again.

I know what alot of you are thinking, its the driver. Well i'm going to tell you that its not. I have never ground going into second before and the car is not abused.

Has this happened to anyone else??

I'd ask for a new tranny or have them make sure there are no fragments left over...

i just got a call from the dealership today and they have decided to replace my tranny.....apparently, this is a common problem that has been popping up lately....and i THINK they have an updated tranny now....not sure.....oh, and the sunroof thing, if you guys remember the leak, is also popping up more now as well.....they are trying to come up with a fix for that too.....
