I thought maybe he misunderstood me and was talking about an alignment so I asked him twice and he said $138, so then I asked how much an alignment was and he said $180! I know they charge a premium, but come on! Prob just gonna go to goodyear.

most dealers dont do tire work--they just take it to goodyear anyway

A wheel and tire are balanced to eachother, so they role smoothly independant of anything else.

He may have meant they were going to unmount the tires for a proper rotation instead of just swapping them front to back.

Just a thought.

any tire store can balance and rotate tires---alignment is another matter
