Default Diagnosis of strange problem.

Hello, I am experiencing a strange problem.

Say I accelerate in WOP 1st, 2nd, 3d @ 19-21 Lbs. boost. The boost will hold
steady and smooth until high 3d gear and sometimes even in 4th the car looses
power and makes this noise as if it just released all pressure with some weird
oscillation sound. At that moment, the cars "Check engine light" starts to blink.
It blinks around 10-15 times and then stays "on" solid.

The car will drive fine again and I can get full power but will do the same
thing if boost pressure loads again.

I replaced the BPVs yesterday.

My cars spec:

"X" chip
K04 Turbos
Dual Exhaust
K&N Filter

Any help would be appreciated.
