Did you know our cars come with a g-force meter stock from the factory?
Pretty cool, huh? I wasn't aware myself until earlier this week.
Well how does it work you ask? Pretty simple: take your car around a curve at a decent pace, and wait for the audible tone.
As the g-force increases, the pitch of the tone will become higher, and the volume will also increase. Nice! Audi thought of everything!
I think mine might need some adjustment though because it is only working on right hand turns, and seems to work best in cold weather. It must be wired into the center display or something.
If you think you aren't hearing it, here's a little tip for tracking it down: It sounds a whole lot like a small fan with a bad bearing. Also, the speaker is down on top of the climate control unit.
