I saw that. Nice. Did you just get tired of the old one?

Getting your GIAC to give you 16psi shouldn't be a problem with any of that.

Now, most folks get upgraded diverter valves (Bosch 710N, and you have 2 of them) and an upgraded throttle body boot.

Hey jeff. No, just time to try something different. My old car, very sweet, what a fine machine! RootMachine has it now (PNW, Bellingham area). I have been looking for another S4 FI car from Audi for awhile. B6 S4 (no), B7 S4 (no), B8 S4 (yes). So it brings me here. The weird thing is that this thing is supercharged, not turbocharged. It has decent potential as is electronically controlled supercharger (estimate another 50-70 WHP available with only chip.

I feel that this needs to be spelled out here.

DO NOT just put in MBC without a GIAC/APR or similar chip upgrade since your ECU will go into limp mode the instant you exceed 7psi or so.

The aftermarket chips are modified to allow much higher pressure than what stock ECU does.

With aftermarket ECU you don't need boost controllers since the ECU controls the boost, unless you really want to blow turbos that is, then you're welcome to use one.
