Doh, took off the 19"s today, to be replaced with my winter tires for my insuing trip to
Western NY and Canada for the next ~3 weeks or so. My spine is much happier now, can't believe how much 17"s actually absorb the road ;-) Feel's like I'm driving on sponges! Also, I have the Dunlop Winter Sport M2s, and believe it or not they hold the road better than my Toyos. Scary, huh? The only thing is, they're a wee bit scary before they get warmed up. First time I've had snow tires, and just to test the 'grip', kind of yanked the wheel and had the rear end let loose very violently :-) On a good side, they don't do that when theyre warm. (Could be fun, though)
