Dyno Dynamics broke my heart 275 whp/340Tq..with heatsoaked ICs
Went to KTR to dyno with the new ASP software and the results were interesting. Considering outside temp was a balmy 60F and I have an hour's drive to get there that probably didn't help. My intake air temp AFTER the intercoolers read 207F! I gained 80 ft-lbs of torque since my last run and increased boost from 19 to 24 psi on pump gas. On the way home I did a WOT 4th gear highway run to redline and the intake temp never went above 72F...big difference. All 4 runs were dead on consistent though, Kudos to ASP for that...KTR offered to re-dyno the car after letting it cool for a few hours, and with more ventilation fans, or maybe I just need bigger intercoolers...?

I've said that about KTR before...
Check their dyno database and see how your car compares.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/newengland/msgs/27417.phtml">https://forums.audiworld.com/newengland/msgs/27417.phtml</a</li></ul>

Dyno Dynamics reads lower than other dynos
It is one of the best dynos to tune vehicles on. If you want some comparisons, click on the link below...<ul><li><a href="http://www.tantrumwerks.com/html/dpdynos.html">TW Dyno Page</a></li></ul>

I'm going to design a dyno that reads out at 1000 hp & 1000 ft/lbs for everyone.
That way, everyone leaves happy and all their friends will come in, pay big bucks, and be able to wave around a fat dyno slip to their buddies.
Seriously, why would you be disappointed by the numbers on a particular dyno when read in isolation? It's only meaningful when compared against other cars on the same dyno.

FYI - I did 263 wHP there 2.5 yrs ago on old APR code.....
of course I also did 393 wHP on a Dyno Dynamics last year on race gas, beta program, and open dumps )
