personally have not experienced any issues... and no complaints... however, this may put some ppl at ease...
(btw did you guys ever find out if it was an employee or a hacker or what the issue was to begin with???)

I'm not sure what issue you guys are speaking of...
but i ordered an N75 from them about 6-10 months ago and i recieved it and never opened it because it turned out to be a different issue. i called their customer service # and they told me to mail it back and they would refund my card... they never did and i when i called back they stated they had no proof of me ever sending it back. im not saying it was def them but i have since brought my business elsewhere =/...

thats f'n lame...somewhat along the same grounds though
quite a few people had made orders with ECS and a few weeks later had some mysterious charges pop up on their CC...nothing was ever proved, just some strange coincidences.
