Engine is out...time for upgrades!
My t-belt failed recently...<a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/2219196.phtml">thread</a>
turns out it was a cam cap bolt that had fallen down next to the belt unnoticed. At least I didn't overtighten the tensioner!
Anyway, got the motor out over the weekend.

while it's out, i figure i better spend a bunch of money making it faster
Allready got it out, right!
I'm gonna do downpipes + exhaust for sure.
I need to decide if K04's are in order or if I should just go hybrid.
I have a buddy at the local turbo builder, and I can get k16 intake upgrade for $300 each, or K04's at near cost. However, I'm not ready to spend the $$ to do stage3 proper, that would be a few months down the road.
Anyone regret just going to k16's?
Anyone in Utah with stage3 that will give me a ride, so i know what i'll be missing?

Good luck, I would do K04 if you don't want to spend the greens.
BTW, should the engine be just sitting on the floor like that?
Looks like it is putting pressure on the trany.
