Default flashing *check engine light*...

i was driving this morning at 60mph in a 5th gear, then i shifted to 6th and i felt slight vibration and then my check engine light went on for few seconds and was then flashed few times, after that i just went off. so i pulled over to see wtf is going on ,check the engine nothing was visual wrong.

Default so misfire in 6th,thats bank 2 right?...

how do i know if is a sensor for bank 2, or a coil pack.

Default 6-th CYL ? yes bank 2 driver side closest to the firewall .. plug (how old ?) or coilpack .

if you have more than 25-30k on the plugs i'd change those asap.

Default The last time that happened to me...

I shot out a spark plug out of my head and damaged the coil:

which resulted in me needing a new head:

Actually, the last time it happend was on the Golf, and it was just a bad coil. Swap two coilpacks and see if the problem follows the coilpack. If it does, replace that coilpack. If it doesn't, replace all plugs. replace all plugs either way.
