Default On GIAC 3-, they recommend using a proper 5 bar FPR...

I asked and was told that their testing was specifically with a 5 bar and that at different conditions, it does not flow exactly he same as a crushed 4 bar. I just decided to use a proper BOSCH 5 bar FPR to avoid any issues.

Default Edy isn't going to use 3- software, though. He can tweak 'n tune according

to his car. If the crushed 4 bar doesn't flow quite as much as a true 5 bar, he won't be able to run quite as much boost up top, but the car will still run perfectly fine.

With the 3- software i got misfires almost immediatley with a crushed 4bar

Default ECU will compensate in part

The lambda loop - O2 & MAF sensors - will adjust for proper flow at cruise for stoichiometric A/F regardless of fuel pressure. Now at WOT I do not know what happens. I believe A/F is mapped to a particular injector size and MAF (injector size & FPR). But it is theoretically possible to calculate WOT A/F using the stoic MAF number but I don't know if the ECU does that. I think it reads the MAF at WOT.

Default at WOT, i believe it runs open loop....ie no O2 sensor feedback to adjust A/F

Fuel is delivered according to a lookup table for the given MAF value.
