I was going karting last night, my friend drove me in his 2k2 M coupe. but the karting place was holding an event. So we were on our way to Olive garden to get some food, at a light we were hit,
and the strange part is the impact felt really strong, I guess its because the M coupe chassis is one of the stiffest, but only the bumper got damaged.

I got rear-ended by an SUV at low speed, but those damn things are so high I got dents in the trunk lid from her license plate holder.

Total cost for new plastic bumper, remove dents from trunk lid, color match & paint etc $1300. Without trunk lids dents I think it woudl have been just over $1000
