Had really good luck using an Xacto knife on the S4 badge to put on RS4 grille.
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/94431/dsc02586.jpg"></center><p>That's all... just wanted to post up another alternative to grinding etc. I just scored along each edge... I haven't done any addt'l clean up or anything... this is exactly how it was when the fins came off.

I just used a black cable tie, works great. No cutting, grinding, etc.
