Help! car stuttering at wot, blinking cel

Whoops, forgot to say (just in case you couldnt already tell) that hose/fitting is on the drivers side valve cover. And yesss I know im horrible with paint program and my engine bay is dirty....laugh..yes...laugh and point.

Every thing post turbo, (and even some before due to the diverter valves) will have a good film coating of oil. It can be hard to say how much is too much, but that looks just fine I'm sure mine has more.

I have an 00 audi s4 b5. Recently had P0302 so i read that the 2.0t coil conversion would help fix that as i was putting doing the conversion one icm said bad under it so i figure it would work.. i started it and now it idles a bit rough CEL flashing and now the code is p0300. i don't know what else it could be
