Default For a week? What was your S4 in for (I must have forgotten)?

Also, the reason I've never left beer or other gift type thing in the car for the techs is that at Mendham they have some guys (who I assume are not mechanics, though I guess I could be wrong) who drive the cars in and out and I always figured they'd nab it before it got to anyone that would appreciate the thought. But I should definitely consider it since I'd like to keep things nicey-nice there as my warranty gets closer to expiring and there are always things I ask them to check out for me.

Default when it was REALLY cold, my car wouldn't start after I was away for a couple days and it was stuck

in the Giralda parking lot. I bypassed and then eventually removed the kill switches I originally had but it still wouldn't start. It was FVCKING COLD!!! Then tried to get the car towed but the flatbed wouldn't fit in the underground lot. Finally, on my manager's advice, my coworkers push started it and I drove it to the dealership. They took the car apart and put it back together and it miracuosly started again. they don't know what it was. They deserved more than 1 case of beer, but I though 2 might be excessive!!

Default Oh yeah, I remember that, but didn't recall they had the car for a whole week. Wow.

By the way, you could just drive a few extra miles up to Mendham and have a nice Audi to drive around in on service days, right? I assume since they are sister-dealerships that they'd let you do that. It's kind of fun to drive other Audi models to see what they're like. Mostly it's just the "low end" A6's and A4's, but I have had an A6 2.7T as well as a B6 A4 3.0.
