Default Help with trouble code

This is the code I am pulling:

18010 power supply terminal 30 voltage too low
P1602 35-10 Intermittent

I clean both battery terminals and I still pull the code. What could be the problem?

Default Just guessing, but maybe a loose connection at the fuse box - terminal 30 are the unswitched power

taps under the dash near the main fuse box. Check all the wiring to see if something is obviously loose. Hopefully its something simple like that.
