How come no one has made LED fog/high beam bulbs?

How come no one has made LED fog/high beam bulbs?
Seems to me LED's can run much brighter for less energry & heat, so why not make a plug and play led bulb for our fogs and high beams?
White LED's also have more of a hid-ish look...

because you'd need so many LEDs that it would be both large and expensive.
An LED that puts out 60 lumens (about a 50 watt light bulb) costs around $80.
A halogen bulb that puts out that much light costs about $0.80.
